Error in the Volume budget documentation

Hello,
In the file Tutorials_as_Jupyter_Notebooks/ECCO_v4_Volume_budget_closure.ipynb

When defining UVELMASS and VVELMASS, they do not vary with time which is an error (I have verified in ECCO RV4 files directly).
