Role Manager

Features:

• Allows adding/removing opt-in roles easily
• Single message (maybe in #announcements) where reactions can be used to add/remove roles
• Better looking !role using message embeds

Sample command usage:

• !role/roles display an embed with all opt-ins (nicely formatted) and reactions to grant/remove roles
• !role give gives the user the specified opt-in role
• !role request to request a new opt-in
• !role remove to remove an opt-in (for certain roles only)
