Network Usage & Routed Mode VR's

I've noticed that VR's that are in routed mode do not report back network usage. Before I spend too much more time looking into this, is this the currently expected behaviour?

Only the VR's in Nat mode are reporting usage bytes for tx/rx.

do you want to get network usage per vm instance, or per network ?

I can make some changes to get network usage per vm instance.

the ACLs on Routed VR using a VPC or Isolated do not work, even If I restart the VR, I verified the custom ACL was assigned to the VR.
It keeps allowing everything, the ACL 1 is deny 5.0.0.0/8 in, ACL2 is allow all in and acl3 allow all out.

I do not remember there is a bug report

if you think it is a bug, you can create an github issue.
can you please log into the VR and VPC VR, and share the output of nft list ruleset in the description ?
