Is PKHeX usable as a library ?

Hey, i'm not really familiar with c# (nor .net) ecosystem. I was wondering if there is any easy way to use PKHeX as a library to create an automation command line tool ?

Basically, my idea is to parse in batch pokepaste/showdown format files and generate legal and valid pokemon from those files.

PKHeX.Core is available on NuGet, and there are other "plugins" that use PKHeX to do similar to what you're asking.
