Bump the save file size to 4.5mb for a romhack

Is there any way at all this feature can be added to allow Pokémon compass save editing? As far as I can tell the file size is a little bit higher.
Can we have it allow up to 4.5?

As stated before, PKHeX does not support romhacks because every single one can modify the save file a different way. The program is open source, so anyone can download the source code and change it for their purposes.
Here is a recent request for the same romhack which also links to other discussion about it.
