Why does it require a configuration FILE?

Jesus krist, why wouldn't you take configuration as constructor arguments?

Thank you for reporting this issue. We updated the library — configuration can now be passed via the constructor (constructor args take precedence over env vars and the config file). The config file remains supported as a fallback.
The change has been merged and released; please update to the latest version and verify. Feel free to re-open if you still see issues.
