Major LinStore Improvements (WIP)

An aim to improve LinStore by improving its stability, reliability and ease of use.
For now, this will stay in the develop branch so it doesn't interfere with the user experience.

api

• Allow install and uninstall scripts to use api functions
• Log output to file when installing and uninstalling

createapp:

• Add window to select scripts to edit instead of all scripts opening automatically
• Allow user to select what stores to support (LinStore/Pi-Apps)

manage:

• Add functions existent in Pi-Apps, but not LinStore, to improve compatibility

update:

• Decrease data transferred by updater by checking which files to download

Technical

• Cache application data to speed up browsing - 5c3b7e0
• Use a FIFO instead of new windows for each category to improve ease of use
• Improve support for listing and installing apps from Pi-Apps
• Support for non-debian based distributions? #5
